Canadian Invigilator Network (CIN)
In person exams must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance by submitting the completed Statement of Presiding Supervisor form to exams@tru.ca. We recommend starting this process at least 1 month in advance to allow time for your testing centre to complete Section B.
Step 1: Choose a testing centre from this list and contact them directly to schedule your exam.
Step 2: Complete Section A of the Statement of Presiding Supervisor form.
Step 3: Email the form to your testing centre and ask them to complete Section B.
Step 4: Mandatory! At least 3 weeks before your exam date, email the fully completed form to
exams@tru.ca.
Please note that not all testing centres on this list are approved to supervise online exams. If the centre is not approved for online exams, the exam will be paper-based. If you wish to take your exam online at a testing centre, please contact exams@tru.ca to confirm that your chosen location is approved to supervise online exams.
If there is no exam centre on the list within a reasonable distance from you, contact exams@tru.ca for assistance. Please note that if an alternate location is approved, it will be a paper based exam.
Students are responsible for any fees the exam centre may charge.
