Join Counsellor Andrea Brassard in the North Tower Recreation Room for Yoga for Recovery and Self-Regulation every Monday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. These weekly movement and breathwork sessions tap into the power of interoception, self-awareness, curiosity and experimentation. As a facilitator, Andrea utilizes the creative arts to guide the healing journey; her approaches to wellness are varied and diverse, and her worldview is holistic.
