Global workshop strengthens sharing about Indigenous fire stewardship
TRU co-sponsored a gathering of communities, Indigenous leaders and researchers in Colombia to share global perspectives on wildfire.
Wildfire threatens the places we love — our outdoor spaces, our homes, and the communities we’ve built. With the power of education, research, training and innovation, we can prepare for wildfires before they strike. We can help our neighbours stay safe. We can ensure ecosystems recover stronger.
